    Planting of Rebar

    When it comes to construction, the main consideration is that the foundation has to be strong enough to withstand all the load that will be placed on it. For this purpose rebar is used as a core material for the foundation. It is important that the rebar is planted properly. The process of planting rebar can be termed as the laying of the foundations on concrete.
    Rebar is not just a single anchor but it is actually a series of reinforcing anchors linked together. It is important that these links are positioned properly in order to ensure that the whole arrangement remains stable. For the low tension cable system, there are two rows of bolts which are firmly attached to each other. However, this system is much more costly than the fixed position system as this requires heavy installation of metal plates which are used as the horizontal stabilizers at the ends of the bolts.
    Hydraulic sowing of fear is much easier and this involves very less manual labor. For the installation of this system, there is a hydraulic system with an in-built hydraulic arm used to transfer the weight from one position to another. When the load is placed on this hydraulic arm, the weight is evenly distributed over a large area.
    The use of the dynamic load system involves two primary methods for positioning the anchor roots. The first method is known as the static system and in this system the actual anchor roots are embedded in the concrete. For the second system the actual anchor roots are embedded into the base material, which is fixed directly to the ground. This method can be used to handle any size and type of concrete base material. However, it is important to fix the base material properly as this is the most significant factor involved in handling the heavy loads.
